Core Badges

Core badges are awarded in four areas, as described below. This is class is designed to enable you to to earn all four badges at a standard level of effort. If you put in more effort, you’ll be able to “level up” your badges to achieve distinction.

Leadership Badges

Leadership badges are awarded to students who help share the responsibilities of learning in our class by doing something extra to enrich our experience.

Other Badges

Other badges may be awarded to recognize student achievements outside of the other categories. Some of them may be awarded multiple times to multiple students, and some may only be awarded to one student in each class.

Every student deserves to be recognized for the unique qualities they bring into class. Badges can be a fun, visual way to help award outstanding achievement, attitude, and effort.
